Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Estimated delivery dates and available shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $50.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. SJ Steppas is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
